Title: Airline Mogul supports Chinese

It is with great pleasure that I am announcing the appointment of "yuziirvine" and "pTr" as the two new Chinese Forum moderators. The new moderators will work over the coming months on helping our players who are mainly located in the Hong Kong area and have a preference to recieve support through Chinese. This is an area that we will start to market in the coming months also, as we expand to provide ingame language help and translation of the game manual.

We will be expanding to other languages in the near future after the development of mutli-worlds to offer more choice in the market to non-English speakers looking for an airline simulation like Airline Mogul.

It is also with great honor and pleasure for Openskies to announce our dominance in the Chinese support forum, with all three admin/mods from Openskies. :lol:

(Don't worry Stephen, we won't turn it into the Openskies support forum :twisted: )


Seriously though, Welcome on board! And thanks a lot for the fabulous translations you two have come up with within hours of your appointments.

Oh...Chinese players must know how to read English if they're playing...so why is chinese forum needed?

Its progress towards translation of the site. If they dont understand something on AM they can ask about it in their native language on the forums. Provided they can work their way around it.

You don't need to have multiple servers for different languages.

多謝,it means thanks too.But although I am a Hong Kong player,but I like English in airlinemogul,It is good to learning English ,but if you have chinese ,I will very happy.

就算有了中文网页的话不见得会中文的人会玩，我大部分会的也是中文，可是万英文版更好应为有更多人，然后游戏的administrator除了你(dktc)都不会中文，所以真格的翻译和新的东西都会得用你(again, dktc)翻译和创造

Actually, yuziirvine and pTr, who is no longer active, did most of the translation for the chinese support section. They are the ones who deserve the credit.

I think the post was relating to pTr?

But this Openskies-presence in AM-China scares me :P
Unfortunately I don't speak that language so I can't join... (I'd have to ask a classmate for translation :? )
