Title: Anyone noticed slow server?

I find the game loads slowly during the evening hours GMT compared with mornings.  Anyone have the same experience?

During its peak time it's slow.. but last round i couldnt even connect to AM for a few hours.. its improved

It better have improved. Costs have gone up by about 1000% in order to get it to a dedicated server...

Forum activity's dropped naturally after the initial peak at the beginning of the round.  Although I do not know whether it reflects a drop in the activity of the actual game (I believe it does), the server at time of posting is the slowest so far this round when it comes to creating/editing routes.

I have noticed the same thing.  It was fine at the beginning of the round, now it lags when creating/editing routes.

Also the server clock isn't spot on. My DOP always gets added 5-10 minutes late.

looking into the server lag, -alters a setting or two, reboots server-.

the clock itself being a little off is annoying, i'll ask around how to resync it up. but it's less a priority at the moment.

connection errors eh... weird. i did reboot the server to update a config file about the time of my last post, but that only took a minute or two tops.

or clearing your internet cache...

Weird. very weird. i'm unsure what to tell you, i know the site is up and running because i can access it through normal means, as can (evidently) others.

haHA. i believe i found what has been causing the slow server... uploaded an efficiency tweak.  Also identified a tiny bug, which has also been fixed.
