Title: [FIXED]Create Terminal bug

I just created a Terminal at LHR and it seems messed up.

I had 25 gates and 1 slot left over before creating the terminal.

I now have (after creating a 50 gate terminal)

20 gates 451 slots my gate value is 164 million

The bug is that "gates built" stays 0.  You only have to return 10% of the size of the terminal in rented gates so you still have 20 gates left that are rented.

You currently have 20+50 gates = 70 gates!
