Title: [Fixed] Middle East Airport Problem

New poster here. Have a base in AMM and probably have the #5 or #6 airline in the Middle East. My airline is not listed on the continent rankings. In addition, I tried creating a new focus city and rented four gates at that airport. I then went to try to create a focus city and it doesn't show up on the drop down menu. Please advise.
