Title: Missing Posts?

Has anyone noticed some missing posts, as far as I can see some of my files are missing off the website making me think my ISP has put up a backed up copy of this website as opposed to restoring it.

I noticed that too. I also got back a lot of private messages from like a week ago.

I've lost out financially because of that so I am not impressed!  :? Anyway, the main banners on the front page have been updated to what they were origionally.

When I first noticed the forum was back up, all latest posts showed the 17th or 18th of january. So yes, I´d say your ISP just put a backup online.

I had alot of posts since the server went down, would it be possible to restore the original or are we going to stick with the back up?

You have to stick to the backup I'm afraid, the host never even told me they were going putting a backup online.  :(

You should send a nasty letter to phpbb host. :evil:

They should alert their costumers of any changes!

It was this crowd (http://www.letshost.ie), they offer a pretty good deal, didn't have any problems till now!

I will send them a lovely email with the words ComReg in it, they wont be long saying they are sorry! (ComReg being the Communications Regulator for Ireland)

Then again I'm not that type of person...
