Please post here if your airline has been hit by the failed-brokerage-request thing. This includes requests where the delivery date is at 0 days for some time, or when the request suddenly disappeared.
Please include the following:
Airline ID
Airplanes requested (and quantity)
Markup percentage
Which airline took your order
What's wrong with the request
Admins will look into this ASAP.

I already started my own topic, but I'll put the information here also. My id is 328. I have not been able to purchase the airplane, but it is listed in my broker requests as follows:

I believe... i believe i patched this, and the aircraft pre-buggy feb->march change should be fixed.
let me know if they still aren't, check your used markets (as i didn't send out an autogenerated message with it).

Just checked again, my planes have changed from 0 days for delivery to 72 days:?

Now I was able to purchase the plane. The entry from my View & Buy page is as follows:
5052 Douglas DC-3 24 0 In Service €3,966,226 €253,217 Info Scrap
If I click on Info, I can see that the plane is placed on four routes from JFK, I am assuming that Tradewinds was operating the plane. The problem is that the game won't let me close the routes, and I can not place the plane on new routes. The plane is still listed in "Your broker requests in progress" also.

A plane (Craft ID: 5695) was brokered to me (Airline ID: 5449) and I bought it. Now it shows up in my list as in service but I can't use it. Also it looks like there are some garbage routes on it that I didn't create.

I can't see the routes...I don't know who is using the plane. So I can't contact them....

Jewish Airlines, ID 2140. I can see the routes. You probably could too. So you can also see the route ID and the departing airport, with which you can track down the operator of the routes.

Yeah, happened to me as well. I tracked down the airline using it and messaged them.. If closing the routes doesn't help I will post again. It's weird cause my plane is listed as having 24 hours avaliable, but I can't use it.

I contacted the other airline with no response, and my plane is just sitting there losing me money. Can someone take a look at Aircraft ID 5609 for me please?

the strange jump from "1 day" deliveries to "72 day" deliveries, typically is associated with the listing of an aircraft. i need to find a way to clarify the wording there, i admit. so. if you're on the strange jump in delivery time category, check the used market for the aircraft(s) in question before PMing me.
I will straighten it all out as best i can, as soon as i can.

I bought a plane from the Buy used planes page and i got it but it has someone elses routes in it and i cannot do anything with it.
Cant even delete the routes.

I received a brokered plane at month change. I was able to purchase it and place it on routes and everything seems to be working. However, it is still listed in "Your Broker Requests In Progress" and the delivery time is "Days" without a number. The aircraft id is 7027, brokerage deal number 396, and my id is 328.

Fixed. sorry to all who were affected, anyone with issues with this please pm me the data i requested
(which was: user id; aircraft id; (where possible) route id's the plane is on.) PM's tend to get my attention faster as i see the popup from the forums auto-email, and it helps me keep straight all the wild and ca-razy times that this thread can be going through when not somehow organized otherwise.
