What he said is roughly,
Dear friend, here is a hint: instead of putting a low fare of 500 on that route, try put 499,999, it would break (I assume he means the profit would surge... because the web translator is not as good as I want it to be~~)..
hmm... could be a bug or something

hello friend, everything ok? (that´s a cliche that they use) one "something" on your route guarulhos - florianópolis, instead of charging a lower price, charge, for example if I charge 500 you can charge 499.999, that avoids going bankrupt... see ya!
that´s it... roughly
