Title: some questions to be answered
Post by: Tanocapo on October 14, 2007, 08:19:05 am
Hi guys!!!
I have more questions  :
1) How should i read fuel usage figures? consumed per nautical mile, per hour, in a day?
2) I have some differences in revenues. Is that because of meals and drinks? How can i determine them?
3) Which cost besides fuel are variable and affect every flight?
Thanks in advance!!

1) Per hour, IIRC.
2) You can determine prices in the Admin panel. But most likely, differences in revenues come from the varying ticket prices, fuel and staff costs and stuff.
3) Staff costs.

Do you see??? Forums help a lot
3 questions answered and 1 abbreviation described!!!
Thank you, guys!! To make things clearer: Revenue - fuel - staff salaries =profit (?)
And if an aircraft has 1 hour free, its consuming "Fuel usage * 23 = ", right?

That would be a rough, but accurate, estimate. It only shows the whole number of hours left. The plane could, in theory, have 1.75 hours left, but it will only display as 1.
