Since dktc was so kind to lock the rules thread, just brilliant! :lol:
How do you know nothing has been done about Iguana and the others' sigs?
Well obviously you can still see the signatures. Duh. They're still VISIBLE.
Stephen said he sent Iguana a PM and no response. That is also how I know. That was 2 days ago. In less than 24 hours Stephen manualy deleted my signature which is in compliance with the forum rules. Because of these inconsistent double standards I chose to air my grievances. Instead of getting a rational response from a responsible moderator I get your highly defensive and abusive response.
Do you have access to Stephen's and all other staff members' mailboxes?
Completely irrelevant. Stephen already said he tried to reach Iguana and no response. So Iguana's non compliant signature stays, among many others? Ok just ignore moderator PMs and nothing will be done. Note to moderators: Just delete the non-compliant signatures. StephenM obviously knows how.

First of all I'm older than you so have some respect! Second I am following forum rules.
Stop making unsound accusations, esp. ones towards our staff members.
How about instead of throwing a hissy fit you start enforcing your own forum rules? Locking the rules thread was classic.
edit: btw, you forgot to mention the possibility of account suspension, both in game and in forum.
Is that a threat? Talk about petty.

Well since StephenM chooses to reply in a locked thread so I can't reply and refute his false claim.

Stephen can you include width limits on signatures as well?
Just edit the forum rules thread. Maybe 460x125 max?
This is what I do on my forum. Instead of wasting time sending PMs, then being ignored anyway I just edit the offending members signature with this

Signatures may be a maximum of 480x100 pixels, and no larger than 30kb in size. Max. 2 lines of text. Refer to http://blahblah.showtopic=21690 for more details.

Behind every smartasses, there are reasons and circumstances. If the circumstances were not created for them, they could do nothing.
Regarding the waste of time, let's just say that I have 2+ years of real life rule enforcement experiences, and leave it as that. You could go around every corner and bring about all distractions that you could, but to us, it is always back to the same place (what you really did).

The kicker is one of these siggies belongs to AM staff which you so readily defend, rather blindly, instead of listening to valid points.

Ouch. Besides, you (meaning juancho) didn't follow forum rules either, with your initial 175px signature.

Actually OrangeAir my initial signature which you know very well was in compliance with forum rules at 468x60.
I increased it to an obnoxious size equal to Iguanas to make a point. I'm guilty as charged, my signature was in violation of furum rules. That was the point, genious. Iguanas signature banner was manually removed by the moderators, so in the end I was right and action was taken as should have happened in the first place.
Trigger happy thread locking is cowardly, more so when the final statement is flat out wrong, as I prove in the initial part of this thread. And that's a fact. :wink:

Now that the situation has been resolved according to your "evidence" and I have admitted I am a coward, this thread has served its propose. :roll:
oh, and everythings are open to interpretation. If you want to intrepret this as Chinese, or a threat, or a smartass comment, feel free. (For the record, I am smart in the view of the modern society under its values and norm, as shown by several standardized tests, and that I could be an ass sometimes. So, I could admit to being a smartass as well, if that makes you happy.)

Locking threads is definitely not peace keeping, its passive aggresive. By doing that it only shows that you can't handle it with logic and words. So you resort to a petty action of locking a thread that is not in violation of any forum rules.

I don't believe it is an accusation. I am just stating a fact. Look back to the start of this thread, and some others, no one would believe you like me and what I do. (oh... right, I am too useless to do anything)
If you want to mock me, belittle me, or scream at me, feel free. I am over that. But then, if you act one thing and say the opposite, we need to clarify it.
