Title: Leasing issues

Okay, here is a new one.

I can't offer open ended leases.  Whenever I put 0 in for monthes it automatically goes to 1 month.....

Yeah. i forgot to mention that change elsewhere i suppose.

I made that alteration immediately (as it likely isn't going to make a huge difference in this age), and i believe i put a note on the lease page itself, in preperation for automatic returns of leases.

I'm pondering how to set up indefinite leases, but for now (as there still is no penalty in place at the moment, and might not be next age) an indefinite lease is that for a span of over 10 years (120 months).
