Title: Leased a 747-400 but cannot use

My ID is 4299, I have leased in a 747-400 from Shanghai Airline just now but I cannot use it.
It is because there is a route using the aircraft, it is not my route and I cannot delete route, what can I do?
I have paid already...

Sorry. We have to wait for Stephen or Will to force close the route on the plane. I don't have database access.

sorry peeps, I'll try to look more carefully before I lease out the planes next time. I did get your msgs, its just that I dun know why, but I am having problems sending in-game messages.  Again, sorry guys.

We are all having problem sending message unless you keep them real short. (And Will didn't believe me when I told him that like a week ago~~)
