So... We'll still not be allowed to fly high frequency flights even if we are flying from our own terminal? (No more problems about gate hogging)

I believe that rule will continue to be applied for the remainder of this age, on all players.

Next age it is likely to be suspended at least temporarily.  If the problem reoccurs to a sufficiently problematic level it will be reinstated.  Had the rule ever been intended to be permanent, it would have been hard coded into the page itself.
