Title: Creating route problem

At my base city, I have 14 gates, all of them in the terminal, and 0 rented gates. It appears that I can't start any new routes from this base. There are enough slots, I have the right plane and enough cash for the research. What's wrong?

My airline ID is 2450.

I wanted to open a route from Reykjavik to Budapest, but I also want to open more routes. The arrival options seem fine, the destination options are totally messed-up with all kinds of airports listed, while I only have 2 bases!

My apologies. I just saw that my bases were at the top of the list and the rest are alliance bases. I didn't know this could happen.

What are those alliance bases good for though?

You could start routes from alliance bases, provided you have
- rented a gate at the base
- met all other requirements for creating routes, and
- your alliance have not used all the quota

How can I know if my alliance have used all the quota?

I have a problem with a base in my alliance. Until today I was able to create routes from that base, but now I can not, the base dissapeared from the base list.

I've already asked the player who owns the base and he says he haven't closed the base. As a fact, he can create routes from that airport.

Ask other members of your alliance how many routes they ahve from that airport. That or count it yourself. :wink:

I have got to slap together some little tool to tell about which alliance bases are full and which aren't.

But. at the moment, i'm prepping the airport table for multiple worlds and since in the process it only takes an extra 5 seconds worth of typing, adding in the capability to support both ICAO and IATA airport codes (with the present IATA still being primary).
