Title: [FIXED] Base with only one gate and no aircraft starting

I started my account based at Paris CDG but only received one gate instead of two and didn't received the ATR 72 500 due to that had to lease two aircrafts right away.

the gate issue is harder to validate at this hour, i need sleep. another admin may get to it before i get a chance to though.
