I am currwntly based out of TLV but i used the 20 slots i got at begining and now there are no more gates available so how would i be able to fly from a diffrent airport?

You could either wait and grab a gate a TLV when it become available... or..

rent 4 gates a an airport within the "Middle East" region, then go to "view gates" -> "create base" and you would be able to create a focus city out of it provided you have enough cash.
