Isn't Mexico suppose to be in North America?  :?

Mexico is CA in this game, sorry.  It definitely needs to be for balancing purposes. (NA has plenty of airports, nice ones too.)

Is CA actually an IATA-recognized region, or is it intentionally independent from NA just in this game? (also Middle East <-> Asia as well)
