Title: DOP Problem

Hello everyone,

Type: positive DOP, then negative DOP (bug), then positive DOP
Description: due to this morning bug, I had a negative DOP (something like -520,000 €) and when the bug was fixed (1 hour ago, more or less), the DOP became positive (something like +1,400,000 €). Before the bug, yesterday evening, my DOP was positive (approx the same sum as above). So, I lost lost of money (something from +9,000,000 € to -9,000,000 €)
I created a hub in Lyon, and I lost 3 gates this night. But I don't think that the fact to lose 3 gates brings me down the DOP.
Is it possible to have my money back ? Or I missed something ?

Hello,

Thanks for reading the post about reporting a bug. Most people dont. :( I have had a look at the money going into your account and the problem you had was not happening there. Can I suggest you try and get cheaper leases on aircraft, you are paying a lot of money for them!

If the problem continues let me know.
