i've tried to do it in the game but wont allow me so i'll try here:

Both of these are already added, just waiting to be activated by the admins.

BTW, you have an extra 1 in you cargo number for ABE. The extra 1 makes the 10 times what it actually is.
Your number would have them as the 65th largest cargo airport in the US.
They are actually the 119th(or so).
