Title: Cash drop!

This has been happening over the past few days, my cash is sitting above 0 one hour then i come back another hour and its droped to about -1,000,000? With all my costs e.t.c i am still left with well over 0 profit per month? Once it drops to below 0 it will start building up again according to my DOP :?

Most likely it was the end of the month and gate costs were charged to you. Normal.

Looking at your cashflow you should be making a profit, nothing too big but it is possible! Its the extra expenses that are causing problems I would guess.

I see you paid out money for a focus city and a lot on new gates. Not sure what other airlines would be spending at that stage in growth for new gates.
