Title: Again.. can't rent more gates

Airport: Manila - Ninoy Aquino Int´l Airport

Same problem as last time at Nagoya, I'm gonna say what I did so you guys might be able to find the problem.

First I rented 10 gates at the specified airport, then within 1 hour, I used up all the gates, and wanted to rent more. Here is where the problem occurs. Thanks~
