When i create a new route, the following appears:
how could i solve it?

You have done nothing worng. The game is experience some problem with its database. If the game was functioning correctly, you would be able to create the route. However, right now, everything is screwed up. See http://stephenm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1450 for more information.
