Title: Alliance application notifications

Hi there,

A quick suggestion: it would be useful if members of an alliance would receive an automatic in-game message/notification when a new airline attempts to join the alliance. This would make us aware of an airline's application, and allow us to vote.

At the moment sometimes I don't realize until it's too late that a new airline has applied to join an alliance.

Seems like a good idea, I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement though
