Title: Cannot Redeem Tokens

Hello,

I got 25eur of tokens, but I am unable to redeem them using PayPal's given transaction ID. Is the transaction reflected in your records?

Hi there,

Sorry for the inconvenience, I was able to successfully apply the token package to your account. Occasionally the code that Paypal sends us differs from the code they show to the person buying the tokens which causes the problem.
