For some unknown reason, i cannot return gates from KIX     Osaka - Kansai International A. I am now occupied 6 gates with 5 unused, please help  me to free them up. :D

OK. i found two small bugs in the code, i've patched both... Unfortunately i'm not positive either one was likely the culprit...

Do me a favor though.  Try now. (i've updated the stuff, oh and heh. one of the errors was the value still wouldn't have been right on bulk gate returns. but now it should be proper and consistant.  fixed apparently 189 gates which were off value though.
