All,
Over the past couple of years we have been using Intercom extensively along with email as our main contact point and help portal. In the near future we will be retiring Intercom and continuing to offer support as we always have done over email, as well as here on the forum.
To make this transition easier we have created a help page which can be found on the top right of every page when you login to Airline Mogul. On this page is a list of frequently asked questions and the most common problems users encounter. It is also dynamic and will help you with different parts of the game depending on whether you are just after logging in, or are in a world.
I would like to invite you to take a look at the page and let us know if there is anything you feel is missing but would be important to have. Let us know and we will do our best to incorporate the feedback.
