okay so i got my account for this form and thanks to some help on the facebook page i think i found my real issue... I'm register here but not for game play. do you have to register for them separate? or does the form account and the game account link?

Yes, you will have to register for the game on a separate page:

Read the rules and then click on 'I agree' at the bottom of the page.
