Title: Is maintenance cost reflect in route profit

Pretty much as above
Say I have a 767 and the route profit is 250k is the maintenance costs already deducted from this price? Eg if maintenance costs are 50k is the real profit 250k or 200k ?

No, the only costs deducted from the route income are those which are directly connected to the route, e.g. fuel.
