Title: I have a question. Please help if you can.

So a few worlds ago, i came across this post about some Eurpoean airline that said they were starting a smaller branch airline called cheap jet and i was just wondering, if i wanted to do this, is there some official way of doing it? or is it more of an on your own thing?

It is more of an on your own thing, as you put in.

There is a fleet management system (aircraft > fleet management) where you could build "subsidiaries" and assign aircrafts.
The P&L would not be seperated though.
