Title: More consistency in "States" in gate rentals

Right now, when going to the "Rent gate" screen and displaying all the airports in a certain region, it is very inconsistent as far as what countries have their political subdivisions represented (whether they're states, provinces, etc.).  You'll see the state an airport is in in Australia, the US, and Germany (all of which term their political subdivisions states), but not for Mexico (also called "states") or even Canada (provinces).

It would be very helpful if this information was included, so I can easily pick out the airports that are just in, say, Ontario.

States is a project that the players can contribute to as locals can often identify states/provinces/counties/regions better than our staff can.
