Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I keep reading that the Public World ends today at 18 h +.
It's 20:10 in London and I can still access my airline and play!

It ended in fact somewhere between 18:00 and 19:00. The number after it is a bit meaningless because the updates occur on the hour. You can always see the current server time on the top right of the screen in 12 hour format.

You can still login even if the world has ended. You can still purchase planes, open new routes, close routes and so on; the time will just not proceed.
After some time, the world will be archived, and you will not be able to access it any more.

When does the next public world start? I want to be able to join from day 1!

When does the next public world start? I want to be able to join from day 1!
The worlds are started automatically once other worlds end/fill up. We normally post on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Airline-Mogul/) and Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/airlinemogul) once a new world is about to start, as there is a 24 hour period where players can setup before time moves.

Also to add onto that if you don't know as you haven't specified, There are many numerous private worlds with many different variables within them. On the select world page just scroll down and you would be able to view them all :)
