Strangely it works for me?We're not talking about single selects but a mass select at a base. Even with all routes within a base expanded and then selection of the check box at the top, it doesn't select at all
Don't forget that the check box can only be viewed when you expand the row information by hitting the + sign.
Does it only happen with multiple bases then or perhaps be browser related?On the view routes page > show routes by hub (if defaulted in a different way) > and then try to select all routes within a hub. it won't tick any boxes as it should

I have the same problem. When I want to check all routes, it won't allow me. But if I do like you said, select the hub by the drop-down menu, it works perfectly.
Maybe the system can't handle the multiple hubs?
