Title: Gates in Manila MNL

I found that all gates at Manila - Ninoy Aquino Int´l Airport (MNL) are gone.
It seems that someone has buy out all gates.
May admins go to have a check?

I've manually returned the gates, and will review the gate rental abilities when you dont have the cash, the fix in place needs more work.
