Maybe open up other payment options, some people can't use paypal.

I closed my paypal a while back, and now when i create one it has a zero spending limit.

Contact paypal. They will help you. Unless there is another reason (such as bad credit rating?)...

I am only 16, but that is not why i closed it. I closed it because I was doing black market runescape trading, and when free trade came out a bunch of scammers started to charge back people. So instead of eating the chargebacks i closed the paypal and stoped accepting it as a payment option.
