Opening Remarks:
Alto Airlines was in June of 1992 in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We came to Milwaukee with great spirits and friendly competition. We hope one day to stretch of coast to coast doing what we love the most. The staff at Alto Airlines are happy to be a part of today's growing society. We hope that the future will bring us into the light of the 21st century.

In this case the lists are separate, and there's another legend for the bolded/blue under the aircraft list.. that indicates that the CASA's "On Order"..  ;)
