If you can find passenger data then it can be added.

I would try and see if I could find some.
*edit* Da*n, this is hard. A lot harder than China and Greece. I have come across the ICAO data and I am wondering whether I should sign up for the free trial :?

EDIT: here we go for the only airport we'll probably only need, Antananarivo: Name: Ivato International Airport Country: Madagascar Code: TNR Pax: 500,000 Cargo: 22,000 Runway: 10,171ft Coor: 18°47′49″S, 47°28′44″E
wikipedia does its work properly ;), just made up the pax and heres the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivato_International_Airport wikipedias very good for airport information
and i was wondering where Madagascar is due to the fact that the country wasn't in the country list

No. It is easy to find all the other information. In fact all other information of all airports in Madagascar is listed on Madagascar Airport Authority's website (Airporte de Madagascar... or some french similar).
The problem is to get the pax and cargo data, which according to the rule in AM, you can't make up.
@admins, plz don't add this airport yet

Yeah, we want relatively accurate (and recent) passenger and cargo data as a basis.
btw. there is a thread for suggesting airports in the Game Data section.
This sort of... information deficiency, tends to be why although we strive to add as many airports as we can as well as accurately as possible, it tends to be finding the pax/cargo data that causes issues.
