What in the heck is it, and why is it sucking teh profits?  :-\

It includes catering fees, hotels for the crew, ground handling and such. Random small costs. The only income i can think of is food services onboard, which is why it hardly runs around.

I really should break it out a bit more to explain it. There is a possibility of also removing the gate fee's since a lot of them are encompassed in the airport/misc charges.
