Title: Terminal costs

Since the manual is down...

What are your maintenance costs when you build a terminal versus renting one?

I know at the beginning of each month you get dinged for gate costs when you rent, but what sort of charges do you get when you build a terminal?

I believe costs are 25% lower for terminals you build, instead of lease.
