Title: [Fixed] Available slot not showing after building terminal

Hey there!

I think I found a bug here. After building a terminal at

ID: ATL, DFW, ORD (? Did I do that right?)
Type: Slots not showing.
Description: After building a terminal at an airport, the slots won't show up in the Create Route Page. Like this:

I've been having that same problem.
I think the code only calculates the number of slots you rent.

It shouldn't. It just adds the slots onto the existing ones you have.

Are the slots showing correctly on the view gates page?

Yes, it shows correctly at the "View Gates" page.

The slots should show up now, but I've disabled OCP on that page for airports where you have built gates. The logic may not be exactly right to handle it correctly.
