Title: Plane maintenance at sale
Post by: TheLastBaron on April 28, 2011, 09:41:34 pm
I see a lot of planes in the market place that have hours reset to 0, etc. How is this done? Whenever I go to sell, my planes wind up with whatever hours and cycles etc. I last flew them on them. Is there a page I am not seeing? A check mark? Your advice/help appreciated.

As of right now, there is no way to reset the hours/cycles counter on an aircraft.
They are probably planes that have never been sold. Two usual scenarios...
* User hasn't logged in for a while, then uses cash to buy lots of planes, then places those planes on the market. The planes never get sold and sit there getting older until the end of the game.
* User has too many planes, so the user puts them on the market until he/she has time. If they are sold, great; otherwise, and most likely the user has lost interest, they just sit there getting older until the end of the game.

Thanks very much. I thought I had overlooked something somewhere.
