I don't really understand, why did you include the A330-300 (and the non-excistant A330-300LR) but not the A330-200?

And if the 777-200 is a different plane from the 777-300, and the A340-200/300 different from the -500/600, then why is the 767-200/300 the same? And where is the 767-400ER?

Besides that you forgot the Boeing 757-200/300, Il-96 and Tu-204/214, both of which are more numerous than the MD-11 in passenger service.
