Sorry, but I don't know how to get the airport ID.

Problem: Lyudao, Taiwan (GNI) appears to be located in the state of Scotland.

GCM seems to have it located correctly. Will take a look later.

Sorry, I mean that the state was incorrect, but the airport is located correctly.
