Is it possible to change the home continent without having an airline reset?

No, because it will only let me choose European passwords. I want to base in Japan (actually, I already did, but it counts as foreign bases). look here (http://www.airlinemogul.com/airlinemogul/show_airline.php?id=14837&wid=1241)

I'd say no, for competitive reasons. It would allow you to grow a mega airline in the US or EU, and then move it to Australia, Africa or South America. It would be uncompetitive towards airlines that are struggling to grow on those continents.

In my situation, I relocated operations to Japan. I have no hubs outside of Asia, but my base continent is Europe.

Although, I know what you mean.
