I've always wanted to fly one, but I fly casually, so I don't quite qualify for most of them though :P

In the one I am in you only have to log 1 flight every 30 days to remain active and its very rewarding.

Even though we are FS9/FSX Only, if you want less rules, join Platinum Airways http://www.platinumairways.org/ (http://www.platinumairways.org/).

As said above, join Platinum Airways. They have very laid back rules and you can fly wherever you want, whenever you want, in whatever you want.

I for sure prefer higher level of realism.

I like about 90% realism, because I dont want to be stuck flying in one country

Air India Virtual does allow charter flights across the world, so I am happy ;)

Delta has airfrance and many other airlines in the books so you can fly basically anywhere.
