Title: Who pays maintenance fees when leasing?

The question is in the title and I'd like to know so I don't charge too little when leasing. Thanks for the help :)

The one who leases the aircraft out.

That's why it can be a good idea to lease the big planes, so you don't have to pay the maintenance; which normally is high on those big ones.

And the same reason why you should avoid leasing out your plane for more than four years at a time.

I place my question here, cause it kind of fits here I think:
Maintenance is paid by the airline leasing out, how about the staff? Are only the pilots paid for by the lessor in AM or the whole crew or none?

Salary is paid by operator of the aircraft, not the owner (well... unless you own and operate it, but we are talking about leasing here).
