Title: Duplicate airport entry

I just found out that one airport is noted twice in the database. ETUL Weeze and EDLV Niederrhein are actually the same airport, only ETUL is the old code from the times when it was still a military base. The military base is closed and right now the airport is in use as a civil airport with icao-code EDLV. So I think ETUL should be removed from the database.

Was just coming in here to report the same thing.  The passenger numbers are different though... ???
