Microsoft FSX, X-Plane, those are the ones I can think of, and they are pretty good. But also FS9 is a good sim (I say without having tried it).

This person (http://onemansblog.com/2007/02/08/top-free-flight-simulators/) says YSFlight is the best free simulator, if you don't want to use money (link (http://homepage3.nifty.com/ysflight/frmindexe.html))

XP users, use FSX,FS9 and FS2002!
