HI!! I want to know how to make more profit of my airline. I'm new in the game.

1. Get rid of the A310
2. More A319, MD-80/90 or 737
3. An additional hub. Open routes to all excisting gates from this new hub.

Use 'Gate Search', that will help you find the most suitable gates for you:

If you upgrade to premium gate search, you'll be able to specify your search much more.
Otherwise, go to 'Rent Gate', and select the view 'Sort by Continent' in the drop down-menu. Then select Europe, and sort the results by passenger number, that way you'll be able to see which airports are big, and which ones you don't have a gate in.

With your DOC right now, you will be quickly losing money from all of the maintenance costs from your A310 and A319.
1. Buy nothing but planes that cost 5-8M, get the one with the most pax.
2. Make sure every plane has no more than 0:05 hours left.
3. Fly to every, single airport within 500mi of BCN. It doesn't matter how small they are.
4. As your DOC increases, you can buy (slightly) more expensive aircraft (like 10-12M range).
5. Once you can afford the costs to open a new base as well as enough aircraft to fly 40 routes, then open a new base.
6. Repeat step 3 for the new base, all the while flying to every, single airport within 1000mi of BCN.

So, I keep all my planes and fly to every airport 500 m from BCN. What plane do I need to buy??
There are some Dash-8-300 on sale in my world for 8M and fokker 100 for 30M
Any other tips??
PD: I recieve my A319 in a few hours. What routes shall i open?. I've thought of replacing the 0.5 frequency to moscow with a 1 frequency. What do you think??

no... Do routes to madrid, canaria, malaga, etc.. try to fly as many short routes to big airports as possible..

You should only be purchasing aircraft roughly 3-4x DOC (which would be roughly 6-8M for you right now). You should replace whatever you have on any route out of BCN to any 150k (or above) airport, starting with the closest ones.

ok, now i have routes to all airports 600 m from bcn except paris-cdg and rome-fiumicino.
Now my doc is 2,569,525, i have 67,663,097 cash and my
Daily Maintenance Costs are € 563,352
. Now, what shall i do??

While the basic strategies remain the same, I've no idea how to really tackle these kinds of worlds.

A "Large World" has only a fraction of all airports available in the game.
