Hey everyone!
Airline ID: 2725
World ID: PW 1677
Current Year: 1957
Current bases: KRIC
DOC: $129,589
Can you guys give me a quick run down on how I'm doing? I know RIC isn't a huge airport to become a mega airline, but I'd like to expand to medium to small airports with maybe one or two large airports across the country.
Is it ok to only purchase one gate and then use one slot (10% utilization)?
Any tips would be very greatful as I'm a bit frustrated because I can't purchase anymore gates right now so I'm kind of stuck.

Yes, you can purchase a gate and only use 10% of it's capacity. However if you need to start a base/ hub, you need at least 4. You can then return 3 after creating the base.
What is your current fleet?
If you want to make the best use of your gates, you should have 2 or more bases, and fly to the same destinations. That way you pay for 1 gate, but get 2 routes.
