Title: [NAB] Tupolev 354 delivering time

Hi!

I've noticed the delivery time of the Tupolev 354 is shorter (24 days) than the time of Tupolev 334 (48 days). The problem is that the 354 is bigger and more expensive than the 334.

Tu-334 needs more crews 3 + 3, Tu-354 needs 2+3, due this 334 has  delivery time 48 days.
