Title: [NAB]Unusable leased aircraft

I just leased two BAe ATPs and I can't use either of them which is very annoying. When I attempt to create a route, regardless of length/time they do not show up as selectable aircraft.

The Aircraft numbers are:

My airline ID number is 43994 in Public World #1609.

I paid €1M each so if there isn't a way to fix this will it be possible to get reimbursed?

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot replicate this bug. We have used your account and tried with the route Ottawa to Albany, and both aircrafts show up. Please make sure that you select a route that the aircrafts are capable of flying, in terms of distance. The route of Ottawa - Havana Jose Marti is definitely out of range for BAe ATP.
